The week of Cannes Film Festival 2022:

I took a 6-hours bus ride to Nice. On the bus, I found on xiaohongshu two other girls travelling to Nice, so we connected to spend a few days together. The coast line was beautiful, and I love a beach without sand.

Just a few weeks after I left Nice, I saw on the news that the police found an “unidentified body hidden in the wall of a cafe” and remembered that I’ve actually walked pass this cafe a few times.
